Jannine Anderson has over 15 years of HR experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge to this role. Time spent within the public, education and private sectors before joining Canon Medical in 2005 allowed her to develop proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training. Latterly, Jannine has developed a keen interest in organisational development, employee engagement and developing a culture of supporting employees in reaching their full potential. She continues to develop a fresh approach to outdated HR practices and looks for improvements on how HR can best support the business.
After completing her PgDip in Human Resource Management at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Jannine more recently gained a PgCert in Executive Coaching and continues to develop her knowledge and skills in this area.
